Donald Trump Attacks Biden and Manhattan DA at Jersey Shore Rally
Former President Donald Trump made headlines once again with his fiery campaign rally at the Jersey Shore, where he launched scathing attacks on President Joe Biden and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Speaking before a crowd of 80,000-100,000 supporters in Wildwood, New Jersey, Trump didn’t hold back in his criticism of his political rivals. He referred to President Biden as a “total moron” and coined a derogatory nickname for DA Alvin Bragg, calling him “Fat Alvin.”
The rally, which saw enthusiastic MAGA fans donning Trump masks and American flag-themed outfits, also featured Trump going off on wild tangents. He compared the size of his rally crowds to Bruce Springsteen concerts and even praised the fictional character Hannibal Lecter as “a wonderful man.”
Trump’s attacks on Biden and Bragg come in the midst of his hush money criminal trial in Manhattan, where he has been facing multiple indictments. He accused the prosecution of conducting a “Biden show trial” and criticized Judge Juan Merchan, who has imposed a gag order on Trump.
Despite facing fines for violating the gag order, Trump continues to speak out against the trial, denying the allegations of falsifying business records related to hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels. He is set to appear in court again on Monday, with his former lawyer Michael Cohen expected to testify.
The rally in Wildwood showcased Trump’s unapologetic and combative style, setting the stage for what promises to be a contentious election season as he gears up for a potential rematch with President Biden in the November general election.
